Taste comprises apple core, light funk, tannins, caramel, modest funk.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Tidy stuff.

750ml bottle from SPON, Newton, Sydney. Hazed orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple flesh, fruit, funk, wood. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, some core, with juicy fruit, zingy citrus, woody note, with some funk and drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

2017 bottle. Unclear yellow color with white head. Aroma is very nice apples, minerals, a bit dusty, but in general it's got all the stuff you expect from a dry cider. Taste is minerally, apples, super dry. Sparkly carbonation. Quite a nice Cider!
