150ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Black in the glass, some patches on the surface. scattered lacing. Promising dark-malt driven aromas, grainy chocolate, mid-dry and smoothly roasted. Dark malty flavoured, moments of nuts, caramel, and chocolate. Mid-sweet dark malty ending, nicely roasted. Easy to drink and easy to like. (Tromsø 25.02.2022).

150ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Misty yellow-gold body, dissipating white head, clingy lacing. Modest aromas of pale malts with a citric touch. Moderate, blended taste of grainy malts, grass, and distant citrus. Mild malt-fruity end, discreet bitterness to it. Fair enough. (Tromsø 25.02.2022).

150ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Naked at the surface, black body with a deep ruby tint, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of dark fruit, caramel and some spices. Rounded taste character of dark caramel, yeast, and dark fruits, lightly spiced. Smooth ending, mid-sweet malts and dark fruits. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 25.02.2022).

Dark malt-forward flavours, chocolate, earthy, and semi-sweet. Rounded dark malty finish, smoothly roasted. Medium bodied. Pleasing. (Tromsø 21.02.2022).

Inviting malt-driven aroma, black chocolate malts, roasted. Tasty with caramel-chocolate malts, hint of liquorice, and ash. Mid-sweet dark malty tail, moderately roasted. Pretty nice. 330ml bottle, lot.nr. 287, bought at Bryggeri 13, Ølutsalg. Noisy, loose, white-pinkish head over a misty, pale orange coloured body, spotty lacing. Sediments of berry skins to the last pour. Modest smell of berries and pale malts, dry. Distant moments of raspberries and cherry to the flavour profile. Mid-dry berry ending, more sweet tart. One-off, possible to drink though. Moderate smell of herbal hops and pale malts. Clean taste of grass, pale malts, and a citric bite. Mid-sweet, pale malty ending. Soft in the mouth. Repeatable. Fine with our cheese board.
