Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Pours clear darkish amber with almost no head. Aroma is toasted malts, nuts, soft flowers. Body is medium, mostly bitter with some sweetness behind, softly carbonated with a smooth texture. Some caramel flavours, not much else. Rather dry palate. Okay.

bottle, thanks to pivnizub! Amber with a tall head. Robust malty flavours, some earthy hops and roasted malts. Pleasant, but a bit thin.

0.5l bottle. Clear pale golden body with a white head. Both the aroma and the taste is dominated by a bready character, with notes of spicy hops and some apples. The finish has some cardboard in it. I expected more hops for a pils. It’s not going to be my favourite pils, but I’m happy that I collected another Michael Jackson 500 Classic Brews Pokemon.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, deep golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Slightly biscuity malty aroma with notes of caramel, cereals and traces of herbal hops in the background, also hints of cardboard when the beer gets warmer. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a mild carbonation. Malt-accented, slightly grainy taste with hints of caramel and delicately hoppy spice; sweet and slightly hop bitter finish with a delicately papery malt character. Dedicated to Jacob “the Hipster” Stauder. 18.IV.17

0.33 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before September 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Very faint, a bit sweetish, a little grassy-spicy aroma. Sweetish, slightly grainy, a bit grassy-spicy taste of straw, grains, some spicy hops and traces of caramel, followed by a short, medium bitter, slightly grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay, not worthy of the celebration though.

Wässriger, dunkel karamelliger Beginn. Mild getreidig-bitter, weiter Karamell, die Bitterkeit steigt und macht das Bier trockener. Spät zeigt sich hintergründig die leichte Hopfigkeit. 8/8/9/9/9/9

Shrinked Euro-Flasche(333ml) from local Trinkschlecht: Golden, clear,medium-sized and slowly collapsing white head; mild to moderate strawy-grainy nose, some bitterness in the background ; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, hardly medium bodied, but at least quite soft; grainy finish with - hardly detectable, but at least existing - traces of "real" hops in the aftertaste. Drinkable, but surely not according to the style..
