CAN (1 yer old).
Head: off-white, medium, creamy, avg. retention. Colour: dirty golden-amber, cloudy.
Aroma: faint, banana, yeast, gets some sweet malt/corn as it warms up.
Taste: wheat tartness, slightly spicy and bitter finish.
A simple bland hefeweizen, with no major problems but not much interesting either.

CAN (1 year old).
Head: beige, big, sparkling like hell, fast disappearing. Colour: murky dirty red-brown.
Aroma: stale, sharp, some hints of fruit and.or toffee, even a touch alcohol (yes, in a weizen!), grain.
Taste: watery, ”dirty”, slightly toasty, some CO2 acidity.
Probably as bad as a wezen can get. And then they say Erdinger is a poor weizen... Granted my can was very old, but I had old Paulaner too.

Can from Billa. Aroma is mild and neutral. Light sweet maltish. Light industrial bitterness. Clear golden colour. Taste is watery, rather bitter. Bitterness without flavour. Meh.

Malty helles, with little aroma and palate. taste of crackers, bread, flat and dry. Drinkable, but not memorable. as expected for a beer in this price range.

promising appearance of golden colour and huge white head; aroma and taste of a typical lemon radler with some beer-like bitterness;as a raler, acceaptable.

Pretty poor pils, expected for the price range. Decent appearance, but the rest comes of as watery, and bland. Weak malt profile, slightly sour, musty aroma. Won’t try this again.

Wenn man mieses Bier mit chemisch schmeckender Zitronenlimo mischt, wird es dadurch nicht besser. Wer mir nicht glaubt, soll dieses Getränk probieren.
