Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 07/03/24. Deep mahogany brown with a good sized beige head that thins to a swirl and edging. Nose is stewed fruits, grains, herb, biscuit, dull toffee notes. Taste comprises brown bread, herb, straw, grains, toffee, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge. Passable for the style and not terrible for a macro.

Bottle 0.4 l. Purple-red color, purple foam. Aroma: sweet and strange, like jelly made from berries with the addition of grapes; grape juice, a little like jam. Taste: sweet compote, light sourness, jam, chokeberry, quite sad, is this really hardcore?

24/2/2024. Bottle from Marek. Pours clear dark chestnut brown with a big foamy off-white to beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, nut, hints of herb and spice, and chalky sulphur notes. Fairly sweet malted milk chocolate taste with mild bitterness and some dried fruits. Moderate body, quite smooth, average to soft carbonation. One of the better Belarus beers I’ve tried.

1.5 l PET bottle. Chestnut-bronze with garnet color. Aroma: sweet, lemon zest, caramel, cinnamon, bread. Taste: sweet, lemon zest lollipops, caramel, cinnamon, lemon soda.

Can 45 cl. Clear copper-bronze color, yellowish foam. Aroma: lemon soda, caramel, cinnamon, sweetness and gingerbread. Taste: sweet, cookies and gingerbreads, cinnamon, lemon zest, caramel, strange.

Bottle@PBFXII. Golden colour, sall white head. Aroma is grainy, grassy, herbal and fruity. Flavour is fruity, some floral and mild grassy and biscuity tones. A bit chewy as it warms up, but surprisingly drinkable.
