Draught at source: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is safe, spice, herbs. Taste is lightly sweet. Herbal with a flat sort of sweetish taste at the end.

Draught at source: pours dark brown with small head. Aroma is dark fruit, some caramel. Taste is sweet, raisin, berries. Hefty but easy to drink. Good.

Draught at source: pours hazy with white head. Citrusy, lightly tropical. Taste is somewhat sharp, some bitterness. Not creamy at all.

Draught at source: pours lightly golden with white head. Herbal and bright. Lightly fruity. Reminds me of old school US saisons. Not heavy handed or too sweet though. Solid.
