50cl bottle. A clear pale yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, straw and pale malt. Taste of mild grassy hops, straw, pale malt, mild floral and spicy bitterness.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Some fine fruity notes of lemon, some apricot, mild bitterness. Well balanced finish and quite drinkable. Good one!

Schnapp-Fläschle (Dank am Lake!): Almost clear, deep golden, small and stable creamy white head, almost distinctive sweet-bitter nose of exotic (citrussy, too) fruits with a mild bready/malty touch; distinctive bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied - but the light body is well covered - and soft; lingering citrussy and malty/bready finish. Chapeau! Almost the squaring of the circle! A very tasty low-alcohol Bier...

Fläschle (Dank am See!): Clear, pale greenish-golden, medium-sized, slowly collapsing, creamy white head, mild dryish grassy nose with some flowery spots; mild and dry bitter flavour, light bodied and a bit fizzy; dryish grassy finish with a - hard to detect - delicate malty counterpart. Not much better than Your nasty german industrial Pilsener...

bottle from the brewery. Hazy pale golden colour, mid-sized white head. Fruity nose. Quite light-bodied, slightly yeasty, with soem fruit flavours. Quite mild and timid.

Schnapp-Fläschle (Dank am See!) Pale golden to golden, hazy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing white head, mild to moderate phenolic-yeasty nose of grains and wheat with a delicate sourish-fruity background; moderate bitter-sweetish flavour mild a mild acidity, light bodied, MF a bit glue-like; slightly lingering and soft sourish-fruity and yeasty finish. Not great, but drinkable...
