Clear amber, small head. Grapefruity nose with some caramel. Mid sweet medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, pine, tea and grapefruit. Resinous bitter finish.

Hazy straw colour, small head. Aroma of coriander and lime. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Coriander, lime and white bread. Lightly bitter finish. Refreshing

Clear golden, no head. Earthy, mildly funky aroma of aged apples. Sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Esrth cellar, funky ripe apples. Evident apple skin bitterness. Proper cider!
