Description
Všechno to začalo v malém městě Rousínově, ležícím na jižní Moravě nedaleko Brna. Sládek Tomislav Pivečka se narodil opravdu se správným jménem. Jeho cesta světem řemeslného piva (craft beer) začala v roce 2010 domácím vařením. Od té doby navařil již mnoho piv, od klasického českého ležáku přes anglické a americké ejly, kyseláče až k silným belgickým speciálům. V současné době je pivovar létající, nebo též kočovný (anglicky gypsy brewery). Tomislav nyní zastává funkci hlavního sládka a technologa v pivovaru Maxmilian, kde pečlivě dohlíží na proces výroby a většinu speciálů si vaří sám, aby zajistil co nejvyšší kvalitu výsledných piv.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 250616

Bottle 500 ml. Hazy orange-yellow, white foam. Aroma: floral, citrus and slightly grassy notes, slightly sour yeast. Taste: more citrus, fruity, light herbal, nice malt, a bit sourness, good hop bitterness with light pine and spice.

Draught at BeerGeek bar. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fruity sweet, tropical fruit, pomegranate, herbal tones. FLAVOR- semi-dry, bitter, tropical fruit, resiny hops, pale malt. Medium bodied.
Very good single hop ale.

Bottle at 100 piv. Well attenuated, hops centered with rather high carbonation letting the hops shine. Wonderful and intense hoppy aroma and taste, flowery, fruity, tangerine, very fresh and crisp.

Bottle from 100 piv. Golden color with medium white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with pines, citrus. Strong citrus hoppy taste with zest, oranges, light soapy notes. Solid malty backbone. Long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

"Handbottled" at Illegal Beer. Dark red to brown colored. AROMA- roasted malts, chocolate, resiny and citrusy hops. FLAVOR- dry, very bitter, roasted malts, tones of coffee, resiny hops. Fuller bodied.
Bitter and intensive. Very good.

Appearance: Hazy golden. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light yeast spicy.
Palate: Medium body. Light spicy finish.
Overall: Average belgian. Quite drinkable for 17°.
