On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpidissima, brillante, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note erbacee e di malto. In bocca è maltata all'attacco con chiusura amara molto delicata, leggera mineralità. Corpo esile, carbonazione media. Forse un filo di amaro e secchezza in più avrebbe aiutato nella beva, comunque non male.
