19/09 Sampled at the brewery outlet. Thanks to the kind guy working there on all the info and story. Beer had hazy pale yellow body with small head. Fine weaker hoppy note came first to my olfactory receptors, before bubblegum and banana wheat malt. Flavor had more of estery wheat notes though, most prominently the bubblegum and biscuit, spiced up with cloves, orange peel and herbal hops of course. Medium body with longer, sweeter fine wheat finish. Quite fine, supposedly they tried much more of their pils, if they further improve this one it could be great.

19/09 Sampled at the brewery outlet. Thanks to the kind guy working there who explained us a lot on their brewery! It had hazy golden body with medium sized head. The beer I mean. Herbal, dry hop and honey malt aroma, slightly acidic. Mild smooth flavor, sweetish, biscuit and honey balanced with herbal hops that carry unpasteurized sourish note that was quite bothering. Medium body with fine sweetish biscuit finish finely balanced with dry hop notes. A nice pils, especially for the area.

Draught at the brewery outlet. This poured a hazy, full gold body with a lasting thick white head that went away slowly. Soft, sweet cloves in the nose, light banana. Spicy, balanced light sweet taste, again slightly salty near the finish, but that only helps the drinkability. Nicely lactic. Quite "pale" and clear for a HW (which was apparently complained about by the drinkers even though it looks good), but genuine and nice in taste in form, which always trumps the appearance. These guys are doing quality beers and the best of luck to them!

Sampled draught at the brewery outlet. This poured a hazy golden body with a lasting, nice thick white head. Grainy, honeyish sweet nose. Soft, grainy malty taste, carrying notes of honey, balanced by a spicy hoppy note. Slightly "salty" near the finish, going into a light bitter aftertaste. The finish is slightly strange, dusty, but overall, it’s a very nice lager, a big step up from what you normally get in Romania (and from what we normally got in Serbia the last few days.
