Il gusto al naso distingue orzo. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è costituito da bollicine fini. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage è dato da bollicine fini, a carbonazione abbondante, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è rotondo. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è secco, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Il tetto della bocca riceve sentori di miele, orzo, agrumi, frutta secca e fiori.

Con lieve presenza di umami. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono lunghe. Il finale è felpato, lungo, pulito ed asciutto. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, pane, frumento, resina e fiori.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vegetables, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, vegetables, cabbage water, sweet malt.
