Helsinki Brewing Company is a gypsy brewing project started in 2016. Brewing unique one time beers. A project started by Heikki Uotila, the mastermind behind Sori beers, to brew recipes that would otherwise be left in the recipe book.

Tap @ Sori Taproom. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Mellow fruity, peachy aroma. Flavor has malts, canned fruits, hops, floral notes. Light bodied. Dull.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, grape, some hops and malts. Weak and unpleasant.

Tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Slightly hazy dark orange color, small steady white head and lace. Tropical fruits, citrus, malts. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, citrus, drying finish. Clean, basic but well-brewed. Liked it.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170303) Brewed at Sori. The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and white bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbalm fruity and bitter. An easily drinkable pale ale with very mild aroma.
