Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Dry malty aroma. Starts fine malty, light yeasty. Fruity hints of apricot, mild sweetish. Finish well balanced, still mild. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

hazy orange colour, one inch of dense off-white head; aroma of intensive honeycomb toffee, some orange, floral and some bubblegum notes; taste of malty-toffee-like, as well as floral honey sweetness which is very well balanced by orange-zesty-hoppy and yeasty notes; not bad at all

330ml bottle, from Eric's Christmas box of Swiss beers. Thanks Eric, even though you're unlikely to read this. Pours a hazed gold, frothy white top. Familiar, fresh witbier aromatics. Taste brings light flora, light grain, light spice, decent wit notes. Nothing to dislike about this, even if it's a little basic. Good table wit.

33cl bottle as a gift. Pours close to black with a modest, beige head. Roasty aroma with notes with dark chocolate, dark fruits and hints of licorice. Medium to moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a quite balanced bitterness. Tasty and enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Noire on 30 Nov 2018 at 22:02 - Score: 6

33 cl bottle served in white wine glass. Hazy golden pour with a clear white ephemerous head. Aroma is medium to high: roses, cardamom, porridge. Taste is light, watery, nice carb. Fresh, no bitterness. Does not linger for long. I do prefer the black one.

33 cl bottle at Cottage Café, Geneva, right opposite the all famous Jet d´eau. It pours very dark brown, some reddish shades. Tan head lasts very little. Aroma is quite intense: raisins, rum, sweet PX sherry wine, blackberry, tobacco... Mouth starts with some quite good nice carb, and an slick, oily feeling to it. Good acidity as it develops. Finish doesn´t last long, but has a good bitterness hanging there. Very decent porter.
