First up is a brewery I don’t think I’ve tried…
Inami Native Brewery/Nat Brew
Hey Hey Hoo Pale Ale #14
Deep Amber with thick light beige foam and a hoppy piney aroma. The taste is woodsy pine, light citrus (lime) with bca slightly minty herbal finish and a silky light body.
The taste is in the old skool hoppy beer vein. Pretty good. This was a Hanshin Dept. Stpre find for about 5-600¥.

Tap at the 2025 Beer Expo. Poured a dark brown with a lice head. Nose is coffee, chocolate, green vegetabal coffee. Sweet flavor, chocolate, cafe au lait, caramel, light body. Well done and nice drinking.
