Tap at the 2025 Beer Expo. Poured a dark brown, almost black, with a tan head. Aroma is minty, herbal hops, some pine, lots of citrus, chocolate. Good chocolate malt flavor, nice hopping, good balance. No roastiness, just rich dark malts and quite expressive hops. Good one for a new brewery.
