Yellow with green teint. Little white head. Aroma is floral hops, grass. Taste is bitter, citrussy. Easy to drink and good for a summer evening.

Bottle courtesy of anstei, many thanks! Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is cookie dough, fresh yeasts, grassy hops. Taste is cookie dough, fresh, citrusy, grassy. Medium carbonation. Beautiful, and just the right beer for a sunny late afternoon. Very good, it has a bit of this ruralness many international Saisons lack, but could have a bit "more". Good balance.

Bottle, from the 523 web shop. Unsurprisingly similar to the Sloane Steady. The yeast makes a difference though: More grass, more summer aroma. Propels more hop aromas throughout. Carbonation is more aggressive, killing more flavours and making it less refreshing. Still some farmhouse aromas, but definitely less. I liked the other, softer one better.

Bottle from the 523 web shop. A light Belgian ale with some farmhouse indeed, but not so much actually. Crisp carbonation, but not as overwhelming as others. Refreshing. Some stables aroma, slightly citric, but rather not daring anything. A convincing take on a farmhouse Belgian, but not an overwhelming one.

Bottle by Beerhunter111. Not bad wheat beer, but unnecessarily high bitterness with sadly diminished hops flavour. That makes the beer rather weird than interesting. That said, not bad. Not stellar either.

Bottle from BRAUBAR. My final one of the series! Another quite different beer, and another tasty one. Lots of raspberries for sure, making for a fruity saison indeed. Speaking of saison, I don’t feel much of that yeast itself, but it sure helps the raspberry to come out. Carbonization is perfect, smooth and almost silken. Yum!

Bottle from BRAUBAR. Less carbonized than the regular Meloncholy, but still refreshingly crisp. Tart, but some cardboard too. Feels like there’s not so much hops in there.

Bottle from BRAUBAR. Oh wow, this saison is super-dry with a great deal of dried apricot aroma. Quite tart, too. Aggressive carbonization, but not too much of it. And still quite fruity, through all the other strong impressions.

Bottle from BRAUBAR. Lots of sour berries that I can’t identify as red currant, but it would certainly fit. Gives a nice sour touch to a hefeweizen, making it drier and even more refreshing. Works really well, I must say!
