330ml bottle from Noz. Pours a hazed gold, moderate carbonation. Very curious sweetness to this from the start.. hard to put my finger on what it is.. tropical almost, herbal perhaps? Most odd. Gentle scuzz provides a rustic touch. Different. A rogue barrel going off-piste perhaps.

18/11/2025. Bottle shared by minutemat, cheers! Rich apple aroma. Toffee, baked, woody, tannic. Quite boozy. Smooth. Nice drying tartness. Sweet and woody. Very nice.

330ml bottle from Noz. Pours a generally clear gold with some sediment. Has a natural scuzzy fleshy feel, medium bodied, welcoming medium apple character, juicy moments. Like it.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazed, slightly murky, deep gold. Rich apple fruit aroma, quite rich and strong-tasting overall, soft tannins, smooth on the tongue, a hint of apple pie.. nice sipper.

Tap at L'Antre du Malt. Clear golden. Crisp apple, light farmyard funk, dry apple peel, CO2, a touch of apricot. Finishes with subtle wood and leather. Medium seert. Medium bodied, over medium dry. Nice.
