Amber, slight haze. Thin head. Lots of malt, but a ton of hops, too. That sweetness is on the edge, but carries the big hop bitterness well. And with how oniony citra has been lately, to not have that here is impressive.

16o can from Brewers Haven. Hazy yellow pour, thin head. Light, malty aroma with gentle fruity notes. Taste features a muted, citrusy tingle, bready, sweet malts, maybe oat whip. Creamy, smooth.

Taster at Growler Guys. Bright yellow pour, soft soapy head. Hoppy AF , but in a good way. Dank, bitter, resiny, sticky. Lovely.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small light brown head. Aroma reveals a fair bit of earthy, roasted coffee and hearty oats — seems quite dry. Flavour is hearty and fairly dry, with lots of hearty oats, dry roasted coffee, and some earthiness. Dry, hearty and roasty. Very good.

On tap at Bale Breaker - Ballard, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has a lot of bitter citrus zest, citrus hops, and moderate dankness. Flavour is quite bitter, bringing out lots of citrus zest, citrus rind, and gentle stone fruitiness. Citrusy and bitter; on the harsh side but still acceptable. Decent.

Taster shared with Matt. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: citrusy and dank. Taste: juicy, lots of citruses bitterness, some other weird notes that I am not sure how to describe it, maybe some kind of creamy notes. Overall: ok.

Draft pour enjoyed at Bale Breaker, Ballard. Pale golden yellow appearance with a moderate foam head. Really well put together hazy pale here. It's light and sessionable, but doesn't lack in overall flavor. Balanced well with a biscuit grain and juicy citrus hop. Cool and clean finish. Overall a solid brew that would fit weather much nicer than today's.

Draft pour, enjoyed at Bale Breaker, Ballard. Mostly clean golden appearance, plenty of foam head and sticky lacing. Lots of piney hop aroma and flavor, bold forest bitterness. A little hot in the finish. Tastes stronger than it is. Kinda an odd thing to say about this beer considering name. I like a bite in my IPAs though. Solid brew.
