Hazy yellow. Thick head. Bright fresh gooseberry, orange, berry hops. Lean, off-dry, solid pale malt. Fresh, tasty.

Bomber from Tavour. Deep, dark brown, patchy beige head. Woody, nutty aroma with whiskey notes. Taste is sweet, woody, nutty, whiskey layered on top enhancing the woody flavors. Super smooth, smoky, luxurious. Well crafted.

Waxed 2020 bomber from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a decent creamy beige head. Aroma of rich dark toffee. Not nearing full bodied, but heading there. Flavor is whiskey, rich dark toffee, and eventually the whiskey is recognizable as bourbon. Some slightly musty wood. There's a certain German malt flavor in it. Actually coming out towards dry. Notes that might be chocolate or coffee. Bitterness supplied by oak and hint IMO. For me it's a very good flavored ale. To be sipped rather than gulped. :)

12 oz can poured. Clean and bright golden appearance with a rocky foam head that lasts. Really nice pale here with lots of grapefruit like hop character. Bold grain backbone, and a touch of cool piney hops on the finish. Really refreshing pale to crack at the end of the day. Lighter feel, but full of flavor and refreshment.

Roast and some coffee. Almost a mix of coffee, and raw beans. Dark brown pour with decent head. Bitter finish with a bit of that vegetable finish. Can.

Bomber. Golden-amber. Has a nice delicate smoke aroma. Quite fizzy out of the bottle, and that takes away from the malt character. But there's still a decent smoke flavour lingering on the palate. The malts are actually decently toasty/biscuity but for the carbo, so I guess I'd prefer this on tap but it's all good. Because I like rauchbier.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound, and side by side with another Mosaic fresh Hop. Interesting to try side by side. Mosaic always being a go to hop for me. Bright and clean golden pour to this classic fresh Hop IPA. Grassy hops up front, and dominating. A very good thing. A citrus secondary. Great bite to this. Flavorful fresh Hop. Excellent hop showcase. Really good one here.

Dark brown, maybe a bit of phenols, fair bit of hops and chocolate. Decent - quite of flavour but it's a bit thin on the body. Ok, like a big amber with lots of hops.
