Can from Corti Bros. Pours slightly translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of dankness, garlic, pine and maybe strawberries or kiwi. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is dank, garlic, green melon, citrus/pine and something that could be kiwi. The flavors are very strong. Malt? Gotta dig for it. Hoppy as heck. Quite bitter. Amazing ale.

Draught at Harry's Hofbrau. Pours copper and old gold with minimal off-white head that is small and dissipates quickly. Aromas are tropical and flavor follows with too much retained sugar and cloying for the ABV.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours clear gold with a copious white head. Aroma is fruity - has a spice/tang that suggests passion fruit. Approaching medium body. It's moderately dry. Moderately hoppy. There's a spice/pepper/fruit tang that seems passion fruit, and there's a flavor that might be gooseberry - memory is vague on that flavor. Decently bitter. Good flavor - especially for a gold.
