Pale, slightly hazy blond beer, firm white head. Slightly sour aroma, lemon, citrus, hay, cookies, some barnyard, slight vanilla. Flavour somewhat sour, citric acid, sour malt, light sweetness, quite malty, citrus. Very (!) lively carbonation. Malty finish. Nice.
