Bottle - Soured cherry and light funk. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Light cherry and wood, but no complexity. Surprisingly bland but really nothing bad.

Bottle. Reddish-brown. On the nose, it's a bit woody, with a nice vinous barrel note, and some acid. There's nice acids in here, a lot of bugs but none making a definitive character. It's a touch on the thin side. Not as complex as you'd like. So decent, but not particularly refined, example.

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with all sorts of wild bacteria, light red wine barrel character, some wood and alittle balsamic. Flavour is mostly hijacked by the wild yeast, with light red wine barrel character, light tannins, and a hint of balsamic acetic notes. Not overly complex or cohesive, but it's pleasant.

Draft pour at Hop and Hound. A clean, lighter golden pour. A nice piney hop constant that lingers on. Dangerously smooth with a gentle flavor throughout, considering the style. Not too hot with booze. A dusty hop finish. A good start to a week of hopefully a lot of tasty triple IPAs like this one.

On tap at McKay's Taphouse, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of resinous hops, caramel biscuity malt, and pine. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of resinous hops, some pine and stone fruits. Lightly sweet, with lots of resins on the finish. Surprisingly easy to drink for a triple IPA. Very good.

12 oz can from a six pack. Canned about three weeks ago. Aroma is cat piss, mango, pineapple, passionfruit. Pours hazy golden with a quickly collapsing off-white head. Taste is moderately to highly bitter with flavors of the aroma and a strong grapefruit pith character. I haven't had a really bitter IPA in awhile, what with trends the way they are right now. It's a pretty refreshing change of pace.

Growler, filled at Georgetown, poured. A clean, shiny golden pour with plenty of foam head and sticky lacing. Juicy citrus, as expected. Lemon, orange fruit aroma. Flavor is an equal paring of juicy citrus hops and gritty grains. Creamy. Flavor indicates the hazy profile. Flavorful and refreshing IPA here. Another galaxy hop excellent showcase here. Very good.

Taster at Growler Guys. Medium golden, small tight head. Not as creamy as it should be. Coffee dominates the aroma and taste. Nice feel, but not creamy enough.
