Draft pour at Winter Beer Fest. Damn, what a beer this is. Pours a reddish copper color with a disappearing head. A ton of bourbon, as expected, but not quite this much impression. Vanilla constant. Dry. Raisins, bran, caramel, barely some chocolate. Potent, intense, but can’t stop drinking this. Delicious.

Slight clouds, light amber, dark golden, something like that. Fresh fruits in the nose. Pear and passion fruit. Melon and mandarine. Hops in the aroma translate into mild bitterness in the taste. Really good balance, nice mild fruity feel and super smooth drinkability. Finish is short, just some herbal bitterness remains and even that is not too much. Really good drinkable IPA

Golden, clear and just a bit of foam. Aroma fruity, some hops also there but more sweetish fruity feel to it. Taste is hoppy but balanced with sturdy and fruity body, sweet, not cloying, lots of fruits there, bitter but restrained. Some resins but well, mainly this fresh fruity feel. Drinks way easier that I thought, dangerous.

Copper with a white head. Initial hop blast is softened in the middle with medium caramel malts and then a relatively strong hop finish. Hoppier than the standard festbier. Good.

Aroma is restrained citrus and moderate resin. Hazy light orange with smallish white head that patterns nicely down the glass. Malty biscuit with a citrus juice finish. Slightly dry.
