Draft pour enjoyed at Georgetown. Rating from backlog. I can't believe I didn't live rate this. With how excited I remember I was to try it. Clean and clear golden pour, thin film head. Aroma is initially tart, but has a melllowing fruit note that settles. Very peachy, as expected. Melon secondary. Soft oak. Very odd but enjoyable brew. Boozy up front, but really finds a way to smooth out and be a drinkable doube digit brew. Very distinct white cherry note that hangs on late. One of the more unique brews in recent memory. Sweet!

Growler from Georgetown for probably not as much as a pint at the ballgame costs. I still can't applaud these guys enough for their ability to do this. Clean golden pour. Crisp IPA up front, easy drinking, layered with both juicy stone fruit hops, and more bitter peel and piney variety. Cool orange late linger. Really refreshing, and ideal for the PNWest coast IPA fan. Awesome one here.

Slight haze, thin head. Darkish yellow. Citra… too much… good body, high carbo, allium and not much else for hops. Decently made.

Dullish hazy, thin head. Bitter, some allium, some cannabis. Not all that distinct, the hop, and the malt is kind of weak, leaving an empty body in its wake.

First sotol-BA beer I have ever had. I’m guessing there are not very many. Pale amber. Slightly dull. Thin head. The alcohol hits with plasticy, slightly harsh booziness. That’s more the base, which is underattenuated belgian golden. Sticky. Not a whole lot of sotol influence on this. Yeah the bubblegum phenols are the base and the barrel does not exert sufficient influence to overcome that. I get the idea - a cleaner ferm or a sotol BA pale barley wine would allow the barrel to stand out more.

Pale pink, only a slight haze. Thin head. Tart, light wheat note, kettle sour, with a bit of tuna fruit. As a beer it’s fine but the execution of the concept actually lacks quite a bit, versus what you could find in NM or CO 15 years ago.

A deep dark porter with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light peated notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, musty character, light mineral notes, very nice. On tap at Venti’s.

Draft pour pint at Georgetown. Classic copper golden pour with a rocky foam head. Sticky lacing. Slight bready grain on aroma with some grassy hops. Bitter grassy hop profile, some pine, bold and flavorful. Crisp front on this classic west coast. Just another badass IPA from Georgetown. Love this.
