Description
Our mission has been to produce vibrant, quality and innovative beer with a truly authentic team of humans since 2015. Structures Brewing was founded by James Alexander after spending years working at breweries in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
In 2021, forces were joined when Bryan Cardwell partnered with James. Bryan comes from a background of world class brewing experience in Washington and Oregon. Together they have meshed their skills of brewing great hoppy beer and lager beer... while also loving to explore the realms of curiosity in Imperial Stouts, Barleywines and Smoothie Sours.

16oz (thx, Tom B.!) @ Matt's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: very dank, some tropical fruits, maybe a bit earthy, some citruses. Taste: along the same lines, a bit dry, piney, quite bitter. Overall: ok.

Clearish gold with a small white head, Dank with some nice juicy orange. Juicy orange and a touch of dank. Not bad.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of orange marmalade, resinous hops, and sweet caramel malt. Flavour is full of orange marmalade, resinous hops, some pine, and bready malt. Lots of orange peel, orange marmalade, and bitter resins on the finish. Pleasant, but not an amazing WC IPA.

Opaque, decent fruity hops, but of grapefruit. Good body for a session IPA.

Clean, some pine, decent malt, a bit biscuity. Not bad example of this style.

Opaque. Fluffy head. Has a bit of a weedy nose, some tropical fruit action. On the palate a fairly full body, some hop burn, maybe weedy, allium but itβs actually a fairly nondescript βhazy ipaβ sort of hop note.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of coconut, wood, vanilla, citrus peel. Pours hazy burnt orange with a two finger+ cream white head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors of coconut and citrusy hops; finishes dry. Interesting take.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Near black with no head, some chunks in the pour. Lots of coconut, some roast malt, very nice, but prefer the Feral Bones barrel aged w/Cacao and Coconut.

750ml (thx, Tom B. for a pick-up!) shared with Ryan @ Alex's. Appearance: brown with no head a lot of solid stuff floating on top (thx to extra coconut!). Aroma: very sweet, overpowering toasted coconut, some booze and chocolate. Taste: super sweet, tons of coconut, chocolate, some vanilla. Overall: too sweet, too much of the weird coconut character IMHO. Still a great beer.
