Tap, PoO. Black with a modest beige head that lasts well. Spiced mocha aroma. Light bread, ancient grains-like spices. Wattleseed? Chocolate, delicate roast. Dryish finish. Original and interesting - a porterish Weizenbier.

Can. Misted gold, an inch of white head fades. Aroma of lemon peel with some tropical and herbal hints, slightly doughy bread. Overcarbonated. Soft bready malt, that Kiwi twist on pils hops that's a little fruity but still spicy and austere, firm bitterness. Not bad, not quite there yet. Promising.

Tap, Pint of Origin @Windsor Alehouse. Gold, w head. Spice, crackery dough, banana, orange aroma. Taste is less fruity with a maltiness that suggests something more like 8%. Sweetness offset by punchily spicy bitterness. Lots of cloves at the end. Impressive.
