12oz can. Cool hop bill that is unfortunately fading into green onion as the can has 10 weeks on it or so. Has some bitterness, which just puts it even more into the not-really a NE realm. Not that impressive at all.

I can’t be sure where I got the 12 oz can of Cadillac Bandito, Houston I think. In any case I have my Great Heights snifter in place to receive. The liquid is a clear yellow with a tinge of orange and no head to speak of. But I do see a decent amount of carbonation keeping this one alive. A subdued scent, vaguely malty with some citrus. Fortunately the taste perks things up somewhat, the lime and salt show up, crackers, meadow, corn and grain. Okay but not tripping my trigger particularly.

Date stamped canned on 1/13/2021. The aromas are slightly oxidized citrus and pine resin hops. With plenty of caramel malt. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with slight growing bitter towards the finish. Otherwise not too bad for its age.
