Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Reddish amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, some mild syrup, wood and mild notes of chocolate. Flavour is dark dry fruits, some burnt sugar, sweet malts and mild chocolate. Ends in a quite sweet malty way along with some mild roasted notes.

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grass, sweet and bready malts along with some mild fudge and leathery notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a quite nice balance. Semidry palate. Some very slight metallic/sulphury notes in the flavour, but otherwise ok.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, banana, rubber, light bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100917]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Sweet banana aroma. Medium body, very fruity, with a dry and yeasty finish. 170910

Bottle. NIce head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are banana, yeast, malt and hops.

My first beer from this brewery. Deep amber color, steady creamy beige head. Aroma has chocolate, caramel, diacetyl and hints of sour milk. Quite watery palate. Suprisingly diacetyl is not dominating in the flavor: light caramel, light grassy hops and maltyness. Kind of strange dunkel.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, light hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, sweet malt. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt and slight herbal. Roasted malt, mild citric and bitter flavoured. Dry and roasted malt finish, bitter and dry.
