On tap @ the brewpub. Fresh smooth beginning. Floral, round and smooth with a nice round Weizen back. Lots of fresh piney hops, round and smooth, floral with nice pine. Refreshing and smooth. Nice one!

On tap @ the brewpub. Nice floral with a round deep body. Refreshing, earthy floral, round with nice pine and earth. Smooth sweetish in the aftertaste. The sweetness is not too high, the hops harmonise well, the beer has hints of caramel with a nice layer of floral hops on top. Nice.

400ml on tap at the Wuppertal Brauhaus. Clear golden amber beer with thin creamy white head. Medium carbonation, light malt nose. Some lacing. Quite light and drinkable despite the ABV. Amazingly similar to Tooth's Old back in Sydney. Typical Vienna lager.

400ml on tap at Wuppertal Brauhaus. Cloudy amber beer with thin creamy white head. Nose is sweet and wheaty. Sweet taste, medium body, easy-drinking. Finish is more sweetbess with touches of banana and sour grain. Not bad but not great either.

500mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2017 edition, many thanks to Erzengel for this bottle. Tasted on the 10/02/2018 at home. Clear amber colour with a medium foamy white head. Aroma of caramel, malts and some bread. Taste is sweet caramel malts leading to a slightly vanilla finish. Next one please!

[ As Wuppertaler Brauhaus Goldbock ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, hay, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, hay, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160806] 6-3-6-3-12

Aroma of grains, malts, and grassy hops. Taste of sweet malts, bread and honey. Slightly bitter finish. Next one please!

500mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2017 edition, many thanks to Erzengel for this bottle. Tasted on the 01/01/2018 at "Vello Bartolo". Cloudy golden with a big off-white head. Aroma of malts, grass, wheat and some lemon peel. Taste is slightly watery with presence of citrus and grass. Slightly watery and sweet finish. Next one please!

500mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2017 edition, many thanks to Erzengel for this bottle. Tasted on the 31/12/2017 at home. Dark red to amber colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts, caramel, nuts and roasted bread. Taste is roasty malts and caramel with a slightly presence of coffee and nuts. Dry finish. Next one please!

On tap at the brewpub. Neutral dark grainy nose. The beer starts deep with chocolate and roast. Very dry, nice round. The body is easy to drink with dark chocolate and dark malt, not too roasted, quite dry. Moderate bitter dry roasted dark chocolate aftertaste. Really a nice one!
