NC Cider Fest. Hazy, gold pour. Dusty, floral dessert pear, acidic apple nose. Acidic apple & pear blend. Bitter lime pith, sharp apples, dessert pears are floral & that's really it. Don't care, still tasty. Thin, sharp, bittersweet, forced carb. This is a good cider.

NC Cider Fest. Pale, almost clear, unassuming. Honey & not all that sweet white grape nose. Heavy skin contact grape tannins. Oaky, earthy apples. Bitter-dry, all apple skin, sharp finish. Lovely.

Bottle pour at NC Cider Fest. Clear, pale plum, spirited pour. Floral, delicate lavender/hyacinth nose. Bone dry seltzer. Floral, slight plastic, slightly medicinal, lingering grape finish that keeps getting better. Good to great.
