Half pour @Jeter Mountain, with some cider donuts. Pale straw, clear pour. White wine, sharp skin, lacking nose. Sharp, tart, white wine, lemon juice acidity. Ever slightly back sweetened. Refreshing & barely sweet. Weakest of the bunch. Still good.

Can from Jeter Mountain after some apple picking & lots of standing in line. Pint glass @home. Slightly hazy, rich gold color, lingering lace. Smell is florally sweet dessert apple & a touch earthy. Taste is snappy tart, florally sweet, a little lemon, faintly earthy & bitter skin on the finish. A bit of body, yeast, & plenty of force carb. Back-sweetened just a tad. Nothing complex, just sessionable & fresh. This is honestly pretty satisfying.
