On tap on a quiet afternoon @Keeper's Cut. Hazy, pale to medium gold, unusually frothy. Charred pineapple nose, gum, apple skin, probably the base cider. Cooked down pineapple sweetness mixed with some tart eating apples. A bit soapy, heavy on sulfites. Sticky sweet.

Half pour at the source, July 2023. Clear, vibrant, lacy, pale gold. Sharp, earthy, one note sweet nose. Tart, slightly vinegary sweetness, dusty sulfites, lingering tartness. Kinda okay.

First pour on the walkthrough @ Keeper's. Pale, clear gold shorty pour at their shop. Crazy floral, really delicate, sharp fruit, a little waxy. Flavor is similar, if more wine-y, watered down & drinkable. Good.
