Randomly strolled into a pilsner only event at BMB with my mom in tow.
Mom ordered this first. Took a sip, now I needed one.
Clear, pale, metallic faded rose gold; active.
Delicate plum floral nose.
Subtle but obvious sweet blossom, frosting & veggie finish.
Mild menthol & mellow soapy hops. Calcium, extra crispy, medium acid.
Great base & restrained adds. Unique.

At BMB with my mom & found them serving all Pilsners.
Classic pale gold, active, thin lingering froth, good legs.
Grainy sweet nose with a hint of orange.
Woody front end with a little grapefruit, not very strong. Classic dry Cheerio finish with a bit of white wine.
Extra thin, low abv, lingering menthol.
Kinda good+.

I proudly saw my wife pick this one out before I did. She didn't like it at all but that's not the point. Dull, earthy brown pour, sliver of oatmeal lace. Boozy toffee pudding nose, a little varnish, the wife gets soy sauce. Bittersweet cola upfront, not so sticky toffee, then all vinous barrel, adding just enough fruit acidity. Just enough carb to push it along. Everything is on the thinner side. Liked this lots.

Wife ordered a pour of this surprisingly. Sad she didn't enjoy it though because it was dope. Opaque, maroon on brown sort of color, lingering lace. Nose is sour cherry, old beer, good honey residual. Tart, but not carbonic. Sharp fruit, nice honey texture. Lingering cherry skin, very thin malt, touch of yeast & a little wax with a fresh floral finish. Very nice.

On tap @Black Mountain, 7/2/23. Sipped off my wife's glass. Opaque, Hawaiian Punch meets beets color. Jammy blueberry & smokey caramel syrup nose. Odd & intrigued. Taste is super strong maple pancake syrup & concentrated tart blueberry juice, leaning soda sweet, thick, strong carbonation doesn't make a dent. Don't like the combo. Fake & iffy. We both left most of this behind.

On tap @Black Mountain. Sipped off of the wife's pour. Pale gold, not quite clear, frothy pour. Fruity, soda & ash nose. Taste is bittersweet, medium acid, lime, very grassy & astringent on the finish. Touch harsh.

Dusty cola half pour at the source. Hot fucking day. Cola & soft caramel-smoke nose. High acid, dry cola, medium char, subtle smoke, softly sweet, bit of ash on the finish, a little watery, good carb. Got myself hyped up & was expected something better, but it's still good.
