12oz single from Astor Wines. Low-ball glass at my BNB. Hazy, murky, pale gold soda pour. Herbal, lemony, sweet n sour vinegar nose. Tannic & twangy. Sidra inspired floral & muscat notes, yeasty complexity, slight citrus & bitter herbal on the tail. Low carb & goopy feel, slight belly burn. Meh.
