Smell is sweet ginger soda with a rounder, tropical edge. Taste is bittersharp, acidy cider with a soapy ginger background. Slight caramelized sweetness prevails along. Tart finish, very late but mild ginger heat. Clean. Thin body, irritating but inconsistent carb, high acid, boozy finish. Good flush with food.
