Single from Mr. B's in Aurora. Hard time looking it up, looks commissioned. Clear, pale, soda fizz into a stemless wine glass. Light maple syrup, sulfites, dried pineapple, floral apple nose. Crispy, semi-sweet, syrupy, middling astringency, pie spice, mellow artificial maple syrup, asprin on the tail. Decent texture, sulfite heavy, tolerable syrup. Meh.
