Side by side offering with the 2022 at the source wife my patient wife. Clear, pale gold pour. Floral, soft melon nose with a little oak. Sweet dessert pear, saline, rose water, light cantaloupe, a little rubber. Tacky, mildly tannic finish. Juicy. Decent bubbles. Good & drastically different from the 2022(which I preferred).

Clear, medium glossy stemware pour. Complex rose, smoke & savory veg. Half twang, a little floral honey, cooked down twangy pear, lemon mignonette, some oak, middling carbonation. Just lovely.

Clear, frothy, $5 light gold mason jar pint pour. Soft melon & pear sweet nose. Lemon, more melon, slight earth, creamy yeast, lightly sharp apples. Soft acid, medium tartness. Very frothy. I think it was mentioned that these apples are from South Hill. Nice.

One of the rare non-vintage offerings they had. Clear, dull, pale plum pour. Stuffy, sweet peach, creamy nose. Earthy, soft bittersharp & bittersweet, mildly tannic grape skin, floral rose, slight twang, slight saline. Thin, medium-low carb, medium low acid, medium high tartness, zero dry, slightly boozy on the tail. Very good overall.

Dark, bubbly, grape juice pour. Vinous, bubblegum & dry, sharp apple skin. Upfront earthy, deep blueberry juice with a bittersharp, mild Sidra character. Watery. Sharp & heavy tart. Good tannic finish with a little twang. Inconsistent but helpful forced carb. No idea on the abv, it wasn't listed. Good, if a bit too sour.

Out of town excursion with the wife. Stemware. Gorgeous, opaque, deep honey gold pour. Earthy, slightly footy, juicy but soft nose. Tacky, juicy, heavy bittersweet with a touch of sharp. Semi-sweet, cream, very parching popsicle stick. Consistent, soft bubbles. Great+. Wife also loved it.

Stemware at the source with my wife. Clear, medium honey gold pour. Soft sidra, melon & saline forward nose, a little rubber. Taste is semi-sweet, juicy cantaloupe, mild sidra vinegar, twangy but not sour, faint rose, a bit of lemon black tea. Intentionally still but with some unintentional spritz. Liked.
