45cl can, canned 27/02/2025, BB 360 days, dégustée en chambre d’hôtel à Tbilisi.
Pale, un peu jus de tomate, très effervescente et pas du tout tenace tirant sur le jaunâtre.
Arome sur un bouquet de tomates, léger sur les épices avec une note fumée de BBQ – retrait de sauce Worcestershire – assez sympa.
Bonne teneur en bouche tomate avec une fine note saline et agréable caractère de fumée presque sur le paprika. L’apport de Sriracha confère une belle note épicées et rajoute encore au volet salin – ce dernier étant déjà bien salé.
Assez surpris en positif, surtout en rapport avec l'offre habituelle pour c egenre de gose.
