11/11/2025. Bottle courtesy of Bruno, cheers! Region #855. Peruvian region 3/25. Pours close to black with a large frothy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, coffee, toffee. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Some ashy notes develop, as does some more chocolatey sweetness. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Really good.
