Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 07/09/2025.
Moderately hazed pale yellow to golden topped with a thin white cap that clears to the edge.
Nose is apple pulp, vinous, herb, glue like notes.
Taste comprises apple skin, tannins, herb, vinous, barnyard nip, elderflower cordial.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close.
Okay drop for the meagre ABV.

5/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Funky, citric, rubbery, apple and white grape aroma. Lightly tangy taste. Some nice developing tart notes. Light body. Not bad.

750ml bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy pale yellow colour, fizzing white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, grape, floral, funk, citrus. Taste is tart, grapey, appley, elderflower, with funky notes and citric acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying flowery funky acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
