Sample at the brewpub. Crystal clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a mild salted citrus character and notes of floral yeast and doughy malt. The finish is thin and mildly tart with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear dark amber color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, dark fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, dark fruit, Belgian yeast and a touch of earthy hop. The finish is sweet with a fruity and malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

The finish is sweet with a toasty malt aftertaste. Decent overall.
