Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Pours clear golden. Aroma is malts, low corn, starch, vegetable. Body is medium, softly sweet, low to flat carbonation, little sweetness. Short palate, but still not dry. Almost no flavours. Meh.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours almost clear amber. Aroma is toasted malts, light caramel, light soap. Body is medium, lively carbonation, rather sweet (but not too much), a bit oily, low flavours. Sweet palate, caramel again. Quite good, but not your typical bock.

0.33l bottle from coop in swiss sommer beer taster 6pack. pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head and little lacing. mild aroma of hay, coriander, spices, kinda witbierish. aroma of grass, bread and coriander. mild, dry, refreshing, slightly astringent. i say this is a witbier.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. A very light stout, but surprisingly tasty for its 4.1% ABV. Nice roast aromas, coffee and some liquorice. Taste is a bit weaker, tends to be watery or is killed by the healthy carbonization.
