Tap. Amber color wirh white head. Aroma of bready malt, light biscuits, toasted malt, touch of noble hops. Taste is bready malty, light caramel, fruity esters. Low level of hops. OK

Lovely Kolsch keeeping light since this will be full day of fun. Golden pour and fine head. Crisp. Malty and grains and honey and floral. Crisp bodied.

Draft at brewery after just arriving in Houston. Clear amber pour and small head. Nose is malty and some dried leaf litter. Tastes of rootbeer, leafs, slight citrus and malty caramel. Crisp palate.
