5/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear golden with a short lasting foamy white head. Aroma is sweet apple, a little funky, sherbet and sulphur. Quite sweet, slightly tart with a drying edge. Finished sugary. Sparkling carbonation. Sweet but the carbonation makes it nice a refresher.

500ml bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, barnyard funk, with light drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium funky tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
