Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch HW2018.06 (BBF 01-11-2019). AROMA: medium-low fruity aromas (estery), slight isovaleric and yeast. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium white head with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium-low fruity estery flavor, slight floral hops, low isovaleric and medium yeast (uncooked bread). High bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. astringency from harsh bitterness. OVERALL: a blonde ale with excessive bitterness and yeast.
