If I am not wrong, I have found this bottle at the coop city, at Bern. Opening it at home, two days ago coming back from Paris. The body is brown and orange, a bit troubled, white foam. A regular and a generous a mber lager, on the Bavarian way, malty, 10.11.21, at Epalinges

A banal beer, not bad, expecting something with more aromas from this kind of brewery, a classical lager on the German way, malty, a bit fruity and grainy, it could be more floral and aromatic, 05.03.21

Interesting dunkel that it was for me rather a stout/porter on the English way. Similar with the schwarz kristall of Appenzeller with roasted malt not, coffee, nutty and a bit fruity, aromatic, floral, smooth, well balanced, not heavyat Zuchwil, 27.06.22

22/5//2025. Bottle. Pours clear dark golden amber with a frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, malty, chalky, citrus, cardboard, soapy, lemon sherbet. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Not great.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano impressioni di miele, spezie, crosta di pane, resina, erba e agrumi.

L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, cereali, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e banana.
