Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours black with a bubbly brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy chocolate, earthy cherry, dark grains and roasted malts. Flavor has earthy dark grains with a bit of cherry and a bit of chocolate coming through.

Sampled from the tap at All Pints North 2017. Pours a near clear earthy amber with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of grass supported by grain and bread notes. Flavor has light citrus and grass with some bread and grains backing.
