At Fritzenberger our burgers are the classics, rebuilt using chef-sourced local ingredients to deliver taste, texture, balance and all the food critic nonsense you want to know is on your plate but are usually too hungry to ask about. It’s all in there.

Meanwhile, our frites (that’s what we call fries) are not a forgotten side dish. You could be forgiven for thinking they’re the main act because we treat them the same excitement as our burgers. Shake on over your favourite house-made Fritzensalts!

Tap at brewpub in Brisbane South Bank. Black with a very lively of white head. Roasted malt aroma, flavour is light grass, roasted coffee. Great alongside a burger
