Draft at J's 3rd Anniversary event. Pours a clear, deep copper to amber with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Lovely toasted caramel, vanilla and toasted coconut nose with some cookie notes. Light chocolate, more caramel cookie on the palate. As it warms more vanilla and bourbon notes, but not overwhelmingly so. Booze fairly well hidden, smooth and rich finish. Very satisfying!
